Dane Binder
Dane was adopted by Rastafarian Communist Pirates from Sudan at the age of 2. Growing up on the poop deck, he learned his way around a sponge, brush and bucket, and his skills led him to head up janitorial services at the world renowned Hippocampus and Sand Dollar Museum in lovely Blythe, Arizona by the age of 7. While jogging to Tucson along I-10, he came across a renegade pack of amateur professional sand volleyball players who took them in as one of their own. He now resides at the base of the Rillito River, moonlighting as a sand volleyball player and assistant coach of the U of A women’s club volleyball team.
